Bought a code and it came through fast. I’m always a little skeptical with this kind of stuff because you never know with online keys, but it activated without any issues at all. Straightforward experience overall, and if the price is good, that’s usually all that matters. I’d use it again.

"Fair and straightforward refund experience"
I had an issue with my code and ended up asking for a refund. To be fair, it wasn’t instant and took a little back-and-forth with support, but they didn’t make it difficult or turn it into a big hassle. They handled it reasonably, got it sorted, and the money came back. Overall, I think that’s a fair way to deal with a problem, so I’m giving 5 stars.

"Got the code fast, just a little confused about restocks"
I was a bit surprised electronicfirst had the game code I needed when I couldn’t really find it on many other sites. Checkout was simple enough, and the code showed up quickly. The only thing that confused me a little was the restock timing, I wish they made that clearer. Other than that, it was a good experience.

"Annoying experience with a bad key"
I bought a key and it didn’t work, so I reached out asking for a replacement. The responses were slow, and I kept getting asked the same questions over and over, which got frustrating. When they finally sent a new key, that one had issues too, so it felt like nobody had really checked it properly, if that makes sense. It wasn’t a ton of money, but the whole process was annoying enough that I wouldn’t use them again.

I had a small question about my order and thought, here we go, this might turn into a whole back-and-forth thing. But nope, they replied quickly and explained everything clearly. The tone was friendly too, not over the top, just genuinely helpful. It definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable buying from them.

My game key didn’t show up right after I paid, so I hit up support. Not gonna lie, I was kinda annoyed at first, but they got back to me quick. They checked everything out and sent me a working code without making it a whole hassle. Got it sorted the same day, so yeah, can’t really complain. I’d def use them again.

"Worked right away"
I bought a subscription code from Electronic First and was a bit unsure about it at first. But it worked straight away when I redeemed it. No invalid code, no weird extra steps, just copied it in and my account updated. The email came through quick too, around a few minutes after buying. I’ve had bad luck with key sites before, so this was a nice surprise. I’d use them again if the price is good.

A friend recommended it to me, so I decided to give it a try. The code did end up working after a while, but getting there was more annoying than I expected. Support was slow to respond, which made the whole process feel more frustrating than it probably needed to be.

The fraud check did help in the end, so I’m glad that part worked. But the whole experience left me feeling a bit dismissed, like my concerns weren’t really being taken seriously while I was trying to get it sorted out.

"Not really the bargain I expected"
I went in thinking electronicfirst.com would save me some money, since that’s kind of what I expect from a key/code site. But the price wasn’t actually that cheap once I looked around. I found the same product on other sites for less, so it felt like there wasn’t much point in buying here. I expected a better deal, but in the end it just didn’t feel like good value for me.
